We work with customers across Europe and beyond – from Iceland to Saudi Arabia. The majority of our customers and partners are based in Scandinavia, the Baltic States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Romania.

Our manufacturing philosophy is built around quality, durability and resilience in demanding operating conditions. Being based in a region where vehicles are regularly exposed to moisture, road salt, significant temperature variations and corrosion, we understand how to design and manufacture vehicles that are built to perform and last – even in challenging environments.

As a relatively compact and agile organisation, we can adapt quickly to individual customer requirements – both technically and commercially. This gives us the flexibility to take on non-standard projects, make decisions faster and develop tailored solutions where the standardised processes of larger manufacturers may not always provide sufficient flexibility.

Our in-house developed digital production management system gives us full visibility and control over every project – from planning and purchasing to production and final vehicle delivery. In real time, we can track project progress, labour hours, actual costs and material requirements, while accurately planning future purchasing and production capacity.

The system helps us ensure that every product is delivered on time, within the planned budget and according to consistent quality standards. It also provides full process transparency – at any moment, we can identify exactly where each project stands, what has already been completed and what comes next.

Our production capabilities enable us to deliver large-scale projects within demanding and strictly defined deadlines. We have extensive experience in public-sector tenders and contracts, including projects for police authorities, where delivery schedules and quality requirements are particularly strict.

We have successfully delivered projects involving 240 vehicles, while during peak production periods our output has reached up to 60 vehicles per month.

Today, our production capacity is approximately 300 vehicle conversions per year, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt production planning to the size, complexity and agreed delivery schedule of each individual project.

Our independence allows us to work with leading global brands like Mercedes, Iveco, Renault, Fiat, and VW, delivering minibuses that encapsulate the best of Forveda and our partners.
